• Coalition for Consumer Debtor Education study of the effectiveness of credit counseling;
• Funding of a comprehensive national study of professional fees in both business and consumer cases;
• Funding a study of the impact of claims trading on the outcome of chapter 11 cases;
• Sponsoring the first non-creditor-financed study of the repayment capacity of Chapter 7 debtors;
• Creation of a national online database of pro bono providers;
• Funding a study on the use of substantive consolidation in large public company bankruptcy proceedings.
