- Coalition for Consumer Debtor Education study of the effectiveness of credit counseling;
- Funding of a comprehensive national study of professional fees in both business and consumer cases;
- Funding a study of the impact of claims trading on the outcome of chapter 11 cases;
- Sponsoring the first non-creditor-financed study of the repayment capacity of Chapter 7 debtors;
- Creation of a national online database of pro bono providers;
- Funding a study on the use of substantive consolidation in large public company bankruptcy proceedings.
Education & Scholarship 
- Financial assistance for the annual Conrad B. Duberstein National Moot Court Competition;
- Funding tuition for a student in the St. John’s University Bankruptcy LL.M. program;
